No matter who you are, you need protien. Protien can not be stored by the body like Fats and Carbohydrates. That is why protien needs to be consumed every 3-4 hours. If you lack in taking in protien consistantly you will lose muscle mass resulting in negative strength gains and drop in sports performance. Do not let this happen to you!

Dispite the hype, research is showing that Soy protein has just as much if not more anabolic affects on muscle tissue as Whey. Combining Soy & Whey proteins has shown different absorption rates, which can lead to a longer lasting flow of nutrients throughout the body. An Athlete needs .8-1.50 grams per pound of lean body weight.
Example: 225lbs. x .8-1.50 =180-337.5 Grams of protein a day.
